I saw her on a program a few days ago and someone asked her how she kept her youthful appearance at age 61. She said that she uses all natural hormones and when she is low on one she increases that hormone to what level she needs to feel good. She mentioned progesterone, estrogen and testosterone and another natural hormone that I can’t remember what it was. HOW can she know what her Hormone levels are and how much TO use? I use natural progesterone cream but am not feeling as well (at age 48) than I did when I started using the cream around 5 years ago. I feel that something else needs to be added.

What kind of a lifestyle causes people to look much younger than they are?

    So far i’ve heard..

    (i) Lots of fruits and vegetables (yucks)
    (ii) Lots of sleep
    (iii) Low stress (yeah, right)
    (iv) Plenty of cardio exercise

I’m not sure how proven these are, if at all, but they make sense in a house-wifish kind of way.

What else is supposed to help you look younger?

I always take care of myself regarding what I eat, trying to get as many healthy food as possible, so I always use olive oil for salads, when making spaghetti’s or pasta, and when I want to fry something. Recently, a friend told me that she watched on TV that, when you use olive oil for frying, it does a lot of damage to the body. Is that true?
